Need some feed back and suggestions on improvements

Depending on whether the walls and the plumbing already exist or if they will need to be built, it might be a good idea to back the bathrooms up against each other in the two rooms on the left. This way you can combine your plumbing.

Will you have another area to use as a common lounge on a different floor? If so, then the couches could be sacrificed to avoid noise from people sitting and talking in the hallway. Plus it would encourage people to hang out in the social area and contribute to the community atmosphere.
