New, and fully impressed!

Hello All!

My name is Chad and I'm relatively new to this amazing resource. I'm so impressed with all of the information, cross communication, and open dialog that this site has generated from all corners of the world. Gotta love technology's ability to connect us all!

I'm in the process of opening my own hostel right now. Got the business plan, cash flow analysis, market analysis, location, and all that good stuff...now I'm just trying to secure start-up capital to get this thing rolling. If anyone knows of any investment groups, individuals, or banks, that are interested or actively involved in financing hostel start-ups, I would LOVE to have any references out there.
