New hostel in Auvergne region of France

Hello,

I found a small house at a reasonable price near Arfeuilles in the Auvergne region of France. Considering opening a hostel with the house since I didn't see any in that area. Any advice or thoughts about this would be appreciated. Thanks

Hi Steve,

France always seems to be in need of good small hostels.  Did you decide to buy the house in Arfeuilles and turn it into one in the end?
