Hi
I am in the process of renovating a very old hostel in Montreal, we should be open for business in a few weeks.
There is loads of potential here, the building is huge and we have a very nice little bar & bistro attached to it.
Is there anyone in Montreal, Toronto, New York, Quebec or any surrounding towns or cities that would like to
start working together business exchange?

Tim, I am just reading your post and I find myself quite interested. I'm looking to gain experience in the hostel industry. I need a good home to start. I am willing to work in exchange for housing. I realize this was a few months ago, but I was wondering how the hostel was coming?
I have just relocated from Toronto to Montreal and am looking for a hostel job. I have 3 years experience in a head reception role in hostel in both Canada and the UK.
