Opportunity to monetise your clients after they leave your hostel - Partnership opportunity with a music festival

I run an intimate electronic music festival in Croatia at the beginning of June called Echo Festival.

We have worked hard to curate a lineup that is, at once, attractive to wide-spread European festival-goers and still notably underground and progressive. We've been getting some good press from the music portals and blogs around Europe, and expect to be featured in many of the May festival guides!

The European travelling circuit is a potentially very lucrative market for us, as you can imagine. We expect that we would be a very attractive prospect for backpackers travelling through Europe as we offer a very affordable and extremely credible event.

I've been looking at hostels and groups that might be interested to form a sort of partnership with, and when I came across this forum, I thought that it would be the prefect place to recruit interested parties!

We would offer participating hostels a severely reduced rate on our accommodation, as well as some kickback on the ticket sales for packages sold through their systems. Prices would need to be set, but we wouldn't expect to assign or pre-buy a minimum allocation or anything like that, so the risks are very low for the hostel! The way that I see it is, by partnering with Echo you are given the opportunity to monetise your clients after they leave your hostel. The benifit for us is that we have enthusiastic people who are promoting our event, and driving sales that may not have been open before!

An little idea about the festival:
Echo Festival runs over 4 days and nights from 6th - 9th June on the gorgeous Istrian coastline in Northern Croatia. Our site provides fantastic access to Italy, Slovenia, Austria and Southern Germany, as well as Croatia and the rest of the Balkans. The site itself is managed by one of the leading tourist services in the region, IstraTurist, and all apartments are fully equipped holiday rentals. We will be setting the quality very high with our set up at Echo, so we're keen to spread the word!

Tickets: £65 + £5bf = €75 + €7bf
Accommodation: £22 pp/pn = €26 pp/pn
