Philippines Hostel; Looking for Investors/Business Partners

Hi Guys,

My name is Dara, I'm originally from Ireland but now living in Sydney, Australia. 

Prior to COVID, I had began looking into the possibility of opening a hostel on the island of Siargao in the Philippines. Now international travel has resumed and people are beginning to travel and backpack again, I am seeking Investors or potential business partners to work with in this venture.

I have two Filipino friends that can act as the land owners and I have done some high level estimates on the required funding. My background is in construction and property development and I currently work for a builder as a Project Manager. I have extensively traveled prior to COVID and believe I have an idea of what makes a truly great hostel.
