I can rent the building for the hostel , in the city center
and
I can rent a building very close to the Central Station , which is twice cheeper than in the center ( 15-20 min.walk from the center )
I asked advise from one experienced hostel owner
He advised me to rent the building for the hostel , only in the center.
Just because another areas are basicly only 30 percents of occupacy. But to pay higher rent in the center is much more worthy than close to the train station.
I personally believe that central train station will work better.
1 ) because many backpackers do not want to wonder around when they get out tired from the train , also many just preffer to take one night some where close to the station.
2 ) I can rent a building there for not so high price as in the center ( almost twice cheeper . )
3 ) even if I will not have so good location , because of this I shall put lower prices , and its also works , because the lower price the more people you will have and the longer people will stay and basicly you will earn more than those who put higher prices just because they are in the center.
Any ideas from the hostel runners ?

Being close or not to the central train station depends a bit on the city you are in. Some cities have very bad areas around the train station which are best avoided. In other cities it is better to stay near the train station because the best public transport connections are there (Rome, for example).
Can you say where you are thinking of opening or do you prefer not to say at this moment?

I do not know with what city it is possible to describe.
For example , in Amsterdam , to stay close to the central station is more worthy and more ''central'' than to stay at some prestigious district like a ''Leidseplain or Rembrand square.''
Just because of good transport links and a lot of amosuments located at that area.
And the people from the airport are coming by the trains to the central station.
Lets say , lets compare with the city called - ''Kiev''. ( Ukraine ) or ''Krakov'' ( Poland )
The hostel which is at the main square is much more central than the hostel which is located close to the train station
If to go not so fast , then its about 30 minutes to the center.
Telling ''center'' i mean the clubs , cafes , disco , the night life area and the most tourists attractions.
Yes , the area is not so nice and is considered '' close to the center area ''.
But the area is not so bad area.
For example I can not compare it with the Bucharest Gara de Nord area.
where to stay is not pleasant , because of the junkeys and beggars.
The hostel which is best located , definitely has a future , because the next time people will definitely come back there , and they never can write a bad review about location.
But I can do not bad at the central station area , There is a better possibility for advertisement on the board that the hostel is located lets say 50m and to show it by arrows , or to do running , I mean , its suitable for running to meet the trains and easily bring the tourists to the hostel.
For me its important matter , just because I search the building for the long term.
