ROCHostel, looking to start first Rochester, NY Hostel.

Greetings, all.

My name is Michael Lasota and I am looking to start a Hostel in Rochester, NY. Specifically around the Neighbourhood of the Arts area (Goodman St, Park Ave, East Ave, etc).

I have managed a Hostel in Florida for Conrad Matt of the Pirate Haus in St Augustine for nearly 2 years and most recently to train a new manager there in January of last year. I miss the Hostel life, and want to start my own in an area that is greatly in need of one.

I have another person who is interested in helping proceed, and possibly 1 backer so far. I am looking for more assistance in this matter with anyone in the region that may be able to help - or be interested in helping to fund the project.
