I wanted to visit Lake Tahoe one year, but i think there was only one hostel and the dorm beds were $60 per night -- so I didn't go. A hostel with hostel prices would probably do well there.

Hi all,
My name is Jeremy and I want to start a hostel in the North Lake Tahoe Area (California, USA). My wife and I have very little prior business experience, but I feel confident I can figure these things out. Any help or advice would be much appreciated. We are starting to look for properties in the area and researching all the info I can find on how to put a business plan together. I can't wait to devour the information in this forum.
