Startup a new Hostel - Need Help!!!!!!!!

Hello Everyone,

I'm planning to open a new hostel in India, I want to know what approach/ steps i should take before starting up a hostel in a city.
I've the space and the legal documents required to open up a hostel. Can any one help me out in my planning. I also want to know is there any chain of hostels having global presence and interested in opening new hostels in India's top cities.
