Thinking about selling my empire in Leon Nicaragua

Hi all, 

I am new to this forum and wanted to see if there is any interest in my businesses in Leon Nicaragua.
Me and my wife own 2 hostels and a restaurant, we have enjoyed it 100%. 
We now have two kids and decided to move back to Europe.

All businesses are fully functional and managed from abroad, it takes me about 2 hours per week and we make about USD 15k per month.
We do not own any property, but have long term lease contracts with friendlty owners. Both hostels are located in great locations in the historic city of Leon and score a 9+ on hostelworld. We have about 80% occupancy year round. The restaurant has become one of the most popular restaurants/café's in the city and is doing suprisingly well. We have about 30 staff in total.

it wont be cheap, but it could be the dream for some one. For us it's just a bit to far away. After 8 years in Nicaragua, it is time to pass it on to another passionate couple or individual. You will be buying it all: S.A. business structure, inventory, future bookings, staff, management, software, website, IP, everything. A truly turnkey (possible) dream come true. 

Does anyone have any tips on how to handle this? I specificy did not mention names or prices as this is a forum and not a sales listing.
