Introduce Yourself
Hi all,
We are two young attorneys looking to be our own bosses and do something a little more interesting. We both love to travel, so we thought running a hostel would be a great way to stay connected to the traveler community.
This site has been a tremendous resource so far in the planning process (which is still in its early stages). We'll probably be leeching for a while, but if there's anything we can help with, we'll be sure to pipe up.

I take it you're opening your hostel in NYC ... where will it be located? .. when's the projected launch date for the hostel? .. also, where have you traveled to? ..... one last question ... what's your projected start up costs? ...

there is a huge tradition of blood sucking leeches, oops... lawyers:D in hostelling. Floyds and the beach hostel in miami were both bought by a lawyer, Tom Dennard who started the famous Hostel in teh Forest 30 years ago is a lawyer, I've heard that the Key West hostel is owned by a consortium of lawyers.
