What a fantastic resource!

Hello fellow backpackers and providers!!! I've been aware of this site for some time, but I've only just decided to actually register so I can ask questions (and answer if I can) on the forums.

I run a small hostel in North BC Canada - The Pioneer Backpackers Inn. I've been doing this for 11 years in January, and have really learnt a lot the hard way.... So glad this resource is available to us, and the newcomers into the business.
