Six Degrees is a unique international-standard backpackers hostel in Central Jakarta. Combining clean, comfortable rooms with a host of entertainment options, and staff who are always welcoming and happy to help.
You'll find everything you expect - clean, comfortable rooms, a secure building, friendly staff. But you'll also find a lounge with a mini-cinema, a 9-foot pool table, a bar, a bamboo roof garden, free super-fast wifi and a large slice of local character. Accommodation Information:
You can choose from 4-bed dormitories, private doubles, private singles or doubles with en-suite bathrooms. All rooms are simple, safe, clean, comfortable, and fully air-conditioned. Everyone gets sheets, blankets, towels and a reading light. Dormitories come with security lockers in the room, and everyone has access to 24-hour hot showers.

Six Degrees is located in Cikini (pronounced chi-key-ni), and is easily accessible by taxi, bus or train.
To get to us, find your way to Jalan Cikini Raya (a busy one-way street), and we're right next door to 'Texas Chicken', just down the road from the big 'Formule 1 Hotel'. Texas Chicken's sign is bigger than ours, so just look for that! Six Degrees is the blue building with the yellow door.
There's plenty to do in Cikini. From the famous T.I.M arts and cultural centre over the road, to Jl. Surabaya antiques market which is just a 4 minute walk. We're also close to the museums around the national monument, and there's a full range of shopping options within easy reach. There's also a big public swimming pool just across the street.
Cikini is most famous for its food, and you'll find everything from street-stalls to fine dining. Something to suit every taste and every budget. Six Degrees can advise you on where to go, what to see, and where to eat in the area. Or, just explore and find out for yourself!
