A beautifully located backpackers Hostel spread over 4 shop houses withh 11000sqft over two floors, it has 5 private rooms of which 3 are with attached showers and two without in addition we have 60 bunk beds (120 beds) great balconies with an amazing view of the river and the financial district.

The tenancy agreement is for 7 years, shop houses 73-75 is at SGD 29,000 per month and Shop house with the bar and the reception at 76 at 9000 per month.

I have to let go since I have other obligations, hence its at $1 takeover, the catch is that who ever comes in has to put down a 3 month rental deposit and probably have some operating back up for some renovations and utilities.

In August we had 97 guests staying with us, September 201 guests, october 220 and I have closed bookings from Hostel world, Agoda, and our own website since i cant manage it anymore, Sad but who comes in due to the management and investment structure we will still hold on to 20% and you to 80%.
