The property also includes a professionally appointed and fit out commercial office which is currently leased for 5 years to a property developer, the lease has 3 years to run and this property is very self sufficient and requires very little maintenance.

The hostel offers a fantastic fresh breakfast to guests and the public, however for someone with culinary skills there is an opportunity to offer more meal services. The 'house' has a pleasant, cool dining area and a lounge area for group movie nights or to watch the odd game of football with the locals.

The property and daily routine also lends itself to use as a contact point for someone who has other skills which could be incorporated, such as computer work, chiropractic, yoga, massage or other special interests.
