We are selling the business operation (it’s located in a rented building so the property is not included) , the ``goodwill``, this means, in resume, the business working, with the trade mark Alfama Patio Hostel, very well known in the hostels business, all the registrations, contacts and contracts with the bookings systems (Hostelworld, Hostelbookers, HostelClub, Gomio). It’s a recommended hostel in the LONELY PLANET and also has very high ratings in Hostelworld and Hostelbookers (94% to 96%)

All the furniture is included from beds to bed lining, etc, the legal firm and government habilitation, and the rent contract of the building with a very good price per month and per bed. The rent was extended in 2012 for more 10 years (goes until 2022).

The Hostel has 450m² of covered area, plus 90 m2 of Outside Garden, and a 40 m2 Terrace with River view. The Hostel is located in the center of Lisbon Old Town, just 5 minutes walking from Lisbon Castle Main entrance.

There are 16 rooms, including 7 privates, and capacity for 60 persons. There is a total of 12 toilets/showers (2 of them ensuit). We renewed all toilets and half of rooms just 2 months ago.
