After a bit over 3 years of establishing Baluch Backpackers as the leader hostel of Cordoba we, the owners of this hostel, are ready to pass on the torch and go back to our home country.

Location
Baluch Backpackers is located in plane center, just 3 blocks from the main plaza and is the only hostel on the pedestrian street. It is situated in a beautiful old colonial building, renovated for the purpose of being the best hostel in town.

Rent
The rent for the moment is us$970 per month, the actual contract is for 3 years and each year there’s an increase of 12.5%, a new contract fees should be consulted.
Business License
It took us more than 3 years to get the business license, with loads of bureaucracy, inspections, endless visits to the city hall and a cost of over us$3000.
Competition / Market:
Leader hostel. The highest annual capacity percentage in Cordoba, there is practically no low season in our hostel. Recommended in more travel guides than any other hostel. Leading the on-line bookings websites.
