Hi...used to be a backpackers and boutique hotel owner.....am now looking for something on or near the beach to start up or expand on something existing...am particularly interested in sailing, diving, kayaking all watersports....have been keeping an eye on Brazil..Panama...but open to just about anywhere...have finance and experience to offer....any suggestions.......am currently based in Cape town.
