We are a fully operating luxury hostel in Panama City, Panama. We have 12 dorms beds, 2 semi privates with shared bath and 2 privates with full luxury bath.

If you stop by the hostel unannounced asking questions about it being for sale no one will have any idea what you're talking about. This is an operating business you must make an appointment to see it.

Everything at the hostel from the entrance, to the hostel beds, to the pool, sauna and steam room are high end and head and shoulders above any competition that exists in Panama City. We have very good reviews and rankings across all reservations and review sites.

Since we are still operating I will only provide specific details to those that show a true interest in the business. The building lease is $5000 a month. The purchase price includes taking over the lease, all furnishings and supplies to have a turn key operation on day one. This means you get all future reservations we have, websites, reservation systems, bar supplies, contacts etc.

At 100% occupancy at current rates the hostel makes $18600 a month, 50% occupancy a month it makes $9300 a month. If you retain 50% occupancy you will more than pay the bills and provide yourself with a small profit. Anything above and beyond that your profits go up. Retaining occupancy depends on the SERVICE you provide and if you continue to get good reviews. Nothing is automatic in this world and this business takes work to keep standards high which will keep occupancy high.

Cost is $75,000 to take over the business and get everything needed to keep the business operating as is from day 1. We can help you get a 3-5 year lease and even a option to purchase on the property if you are interested.
