Osa Peninsula is where ~3% of the life on earth exists.
We also got pristine white sand beaches with turquoise warm water that rival the Caribbean, cristal clear rivers that descent from primary forests and the wonderful Golfo Dulce, as beautiful as the ocean gets, a calm Gulf where whales come to raise their babies.
Most of the Osa Peninsula is protected within Corcovado National Park, which according to Nat Geo is the most intense places on earth. The price for the conservation property is the same as of the hostel. This is a great opportunity for conservation, future expansion and business. Since it got a biological interpretative trail with signs , posters, etc.
UPDATE2:
We had recently raised the price for the hostel, if you contacted us before or saw the old price we will provide a % adjustment to the current price. Thanks for all the inquiries.
The most asked question is why do we sell?
We started with a partnership with a Non Profit Organisation to bring volunteers, and build according to that; When the partnership ended we turned the business into a Hostel, and realized that we are not good a it; So we look for to sell to serious professionals with an understanding of conservation.
The Hostel
It's got 1420 (m2) of titled land with an option to buy 3000m2 more in an adjacent property currently in reforestation.

We got all permits, certifications to operate and sell. The hostel is owned by a corporation, this corporation is brand new, has had no activity nor employees and it's ready to operate. We would transfer the corporation to buyers, which can very well be foreigners according to Costa Rica Law.
The Construction
