Great business with great income and profit.This backpackers has a good reputation , well known and has 7 bedrooms, 5 bathrooms with 2 bathrooms en-suit.There is a lounge, a dining and a kitchen.The bar and entertainment area lead out to a balcony that looks out over the sparkling pool. The basement has ample storage and there is a staff toilet. The backpackers has lovely city views and there is secure parking for 5 cars.This is a must to see with the world cup soccer coming up , we are almost fully booked for the world cup so income will be very profitable.
Facilities: The business is very well established , we have an excellent name is the backpackers community , the business is very easily run , at the moment it is run by two people and is very enjoyable meeting different people from around the world , there is huge potential for expansion and extra's to generate income, we are located in one of the best areas in Durban with the presidents house around the corner .

Competition: There is not much competition as we offer a totally different style of backpackers lodge to everyone else we offer a home instead of a business
