The Zöldövezet Vendégház is a family-owned and -run hostel since 2001. The property is located on it’s own 2,8 hectare large territory in the center of Parádfürdő, Hungary near the Mátra mountain. The territory consists of 2,6 ha of forest + 0,22 ha of residential area, and it also includes a small brook and it’s spring. The spring constantly supplies natural drinking-water all year long, the water has been officially tested and certified to have the quality of 7,3 pH value, therefore it is a potentially ready to be bottled and distributed.
Guests are hosted and served in 2 double story buildings laying on 560 square meters with the total capacity of 90 people in 14 bedrooms, plus facilities and shared areas. The estate also includes a separated double story family house (180 m2) and a greenhouse (66 m2), both are underfloor heated. Among other things in the beautiful and huge garden of the property there are also a small soccer field, some open-air barbeque place, a hooded stage and a hooded beehive oven. In addition, the area has an excellent Qi.
