Stumbled in here courtesy of a Twitter link ... looks like some interesting discussions going on.

I run Travelfish -- a southeast Asia specific travel website. The site includes the largest collection (3,500+) of original, independently written (ie., by paid Travelfish researchers) reviews on accommodation in the region.

I've only been brushing through this forum so far, but there's some pretty interesting reading some of the conversations/issues from the hostelier/hotelier's pov regarding dealing with the online side of the business...
