Hey guys, we've just joined this fantastic forum this week!! We're 2 kiwis who are keen to open a hostel in Rio or Buenos Aires.

We would be keen to get some feedback and advice from other foreigners who have opened a similar business in these areas. Esp dealing with the licences, property, and visa side of things.
