Looking for help to get management experience

Hi all,

We are a couple who have been travelling for the last five years and love the lifestyle.

We are very keen and eager to gain management experience as we would love to open our own hostel in the future.

Just wondering if anyone had any fresh ideas (as trying to find a job for 2 people, that is paid and gives management experience is proving to be quite difficult)

We are willing to consider any location and time period.
