My location

Hi all,
I live in a lovely little town near Rome (Italy), close the beach, declared world's universal patrimony by the Unesco in 2004 for his ancient monuments. At 30 minutes from the international airport. At 16 km there is a beautiful lake. There is a railway station where frequent trains get to San Peter in 20 minutes. Neighbours restaurants are cheap and serve very good meals. But there isn't any hostel! I'm 52 y.o., married and I have 2 daughters of 24 and 17 y.o., we all speak at least 2 languages. What do you think I should do? :rolleyes:
