Hello from Brett in Costa Rica

As I said, my name is Brett and I am from the US and have been living in Costa Rica for about 10 months now. I currently operate an alt. advertising and web design agency and have just come across an opportunity to sign a long term lease on a turn-key hotel located here in CR.
