We are selling our hostel in Antigua, Guatemala. It is a small hostel with a big social environment! We have 8 rooms / 20 beds (max. capacity of 26 people) and a roof-top bar & grill. And by the way, we are the only hostel in town that greets you with a free welcome drink upon arrival!

Our rooftop terrace is home to our newly opened Bar & Grill. Our bar features hand-crafted local microbrews, the cheapest and longest happy hour in town (12-7:30), and a late night bar & food menu until 1am.

Financials/Occupancy: Occupancy ranges from 95-100% full (November- mid-September) to 85-90% full(mid-Sept. - October & for a 2 week period during June). Monthly profit (including bar & grill sales) currently averages from $3,000-$4,000 USD($36,000-48,000 USD annually) with some months as high as $5,000 USD profit.

Asking Price: $50,000 USD (negotiable). We know the business is worth much more, but we are looking for a quick sale by end of 2012.
