We have a 42 bed hostel in Porto, north Portugal - great beaches there! And a very lovely river. We're looking for a price of ca €400,000. Cheers. Saul.
I am interested in purchasing a hostel sub $500,000 US. Mainly interested in South America, may consider elsewhere if it's located near an ocean/beach.

Hi D,
Did your plans develop any further? Found a place? I'm looking to move to Brazil. Any chance you are looking for a minor partner/someone to help you manage the hostel? Monica
