Partner wanted - Chain in Poland (urgent)

Hello,

We are looking for a partner who'd like to join limited company in Poland. We owe 2 hostels in Krakow and we are opening the 3rd one in 2012. Together they will have 250 beds. We want to develop further. The partner would receive 25% of shares for aprox. 80k Euro. Annual revenue of hostels 600k Euro. Contracts for the places where hostels are until 2026! The case is urgent as we would need to sign at least a pre-agreement until the end of the year and receive pledge of 15k Euro.
