looking for experienced partners or investors

Hello,
i have a land in a highly rated touristic island in greece, and a house in Lebanon.

i have no experience in running a hostel, but was always a hostel guest during my travels.

looking for partner/investor to open/run a hostel in any of both countries.
both countries are Mediterranean countries and fully packed in summer.

with more opportunity in Lebanon as competition is almost zero.
