Enthusiastic student searching internship for August 2012 in french speaking country

As a current student of international business with french i am required to undertake a 5 month placement starting August 2012 in a french speaking country and ideally i would like to work in a hostel. As a frequent traveller i have had lots of experience in hostels and am very aware of what makes a guests stay that little bit more special. It was a recent stay in Casablanca, Morocco at a completely horrible hostel that inspired my new dream to work at or maybe even run a hostel in the future.

Currently i live in La Rochelle, France, but i am originally from Southampton, England. I have a passion for languages and really think that working in a hostel could help improve my language skills further.
