Hello hostelers!

A year ago, I began researching to start up a hostel here in Prague, and rather than just leap into it, I really studied it, even working for a short while in a local hostel. After doing my final analysis and then actually doing the work, I realised that this is may not be the career change I need, and I will stick to creative and marketing for the meanwhile.

That being said, I have a really excellent brand name for someone looking to open a hostel, as well as a brand logo and web domain, aniceplacetostay.com, and I'm open to most offers.

The name of the hostel has inherent marketing value. “A Nice Place To Stay” has positive brand connotations built into it’s meaning, as a positive satisfier of the consumer’s needs, to provide them a nice place to stay. Beginning with the letter “A”, it will appear towards the top of any alphabetical listings/directories.

Additionally, the URL name (a non-branded keyword!!), aniceplacetostay.com has built in keyword values for organic Google search results, as shown below:

An exact phrase search "a nice place to stay" returns about 30,900,000 results in Google. Just searching the phrase without quote brackets returns 342,000,000 results. After inbound links, Google ranks the URL as the heaviest scoring factor in search results, followed by page titles, then content. Once fully online and generating traffic, aniceplacetostay.com would shoot up to the #1 search result on Google, getting us 18.20% of organic search traffic for the term, should the hostel form into a chain of hostels this could also be very valuable, being built upon the organic search phrase. Google’s keyword estimator shows ZERO competition for the term, meaning that our price per click is low, enabling us to market very cheaply for wide coverage in AdSense.
