I'm looking into opening a hostel and bar in Paraty, Brazil. My intention is to create a really chilled out, fun, relaxed place that people will want to return too. Offer boat/diving trips. treks into the jungle, trips to waterfalls etc.

I have traveled extensively and have run a hostel/cafe in the UK and worked in hotel and bars for many years. I have financial support and have just returned from a 'reccy' to Paraty, ideally I'd like to get the ball rolling this year and be established before the Olympics.
