Hi!

I am new to this forum. I am in the process of acquiring a property to run as a hostel. A location in the United States will be great as I live here ( San Francisco to be specific). However, I am open to opportunities internationally as well. If you know any existing hostel that's up for sell or a property that could be potentially converted into a hostel, please let me know. Much appreciated!
