Looking for opportunity of managing a hostel

Hello all!

I am currently teaching English in Germany (originally from the United States) and have dreamt since I left the U.S the first time to someday open my own hostel. Before I do this, I would like to gather some experience in managing a hostel first. I do have a good bit of experience in the hospitality field as well as marketing, content editing, customer service, sales and various other office things.
