Come join us for some Lazy days on: 'the Miramichi' "Life on the River is good" We operate a Hostel in an apartment Building. The students are gone for the summer and we use some of the the rooms for hostel guests. All rooms are private rooms for either one person or 2 people. The Private Twin Rooms (two beds); and we also have 3 deluxe rooms with a double or a queen, furnished with a theme: the African Room; The Antique Room; and the Egyptian Room. We offer many amenities: Pool Table; TV lounge; Private Dining Room with all that is needed: Duncan Fife table and chairs, china Cabinet with bone-china and crystal; A Server with silverware; Bar with water; Table cloth; napkins and the list goes on.

The sauna and the weight Room is near completion. Kitchen is fully equipped, pots and pans; pates glass's and table; fresh herbs in the garden, Fridge with some condiments; coffee and tea, make yourself at home. Take what you need and leave what you do not need. In July and August we offer our guests a Free Continental Breakfast to start their day: Toast Jam, tea coffee and cereal & milk. Laundry is on site, Piano to play a tune. Play a movie or have a game of pool. A large garden to enjoy the many flowers, or take a walk down town to Historic Chatham (now part of the Miramichi) or borrow the hostel bikes for a quick tour or go to the beach for the day.

Things to do in the Miramichi: Take in an East Coast Kitchen party; take a boat cruise on the river or visit the heritage sites of the city. Listen or dance to live music in the park at Ritchie Warf and enjoy an 'orange-pineapple ice-cream' and laze in the gentle summer sun. If you are looking for something different the try the trip up the Miramichi River, for a tubing trip where you can float down the river with your beer, lunch and relax with your friends, a bus will pick you up and take you back to your vehicle. The town and area has lots to offer; lots of history; lots to see and memories will satisfy you till your next return. Tell a friend, pass on your memories of your stay in the Miramichi.
