The city benefits of a large tourist activity mainly from US, such as students coming for the week end to party in the city, people travelling from US to Mexico or reverse, as well as all Mexicans coming to the city for work reasons or to enjoy local events (average of 1 every month) or even local conferences offered by the multiple Universities in the city.

Important local events include a cycling ride (www.rosaritoensenada.org) that bring more than 10,000 people to the city twice a year, Baja 1000 and 500 race (www.score-international.com), Wine Season Festivities, Sailing Race (www.nosa.org) from San Diego CA to Ensenada, The Carnival and many other smaller though consequent events that bring lots of people in city.
The hostel
The hostel has 28 beds distributed in 4 bedrooms, an office with a storage room (for all bed linens, client backpacks, safe etc.), a front desk with tourist information and everything to welcome the backpackers; a fully equipped kitchen, a computer and wireless internet free of use for our clients, a very comfortable living room (were we sometimes show documentaries or movies with a projector) as well as a backyard to enjoy barbeque events.

The rent of the house is based on long term contract for only 650 USD per month, location is perfect only two blocks from the main tourist street and principal attractions of the city with convenient stores nearby. We are also at walking distance from the bus station and from beach. We also offer activities run by our partners such as kayaking, snorkelling or wine tours.

As our manager is now leaving and personally am setting up new business opportunities in another city, I am resigned to sell the hostel or find a good manager to take over Ensenada Backpacker and keep up its great reputation.
Asking price
The price includes all the furniture, front desk, beds, wireless, computer, and everything in the hostel necessary to run the business. New contracts of services will have to be done as well as a new contract to rent the house itself.
The website is included with all codes, images, facebook group and registration to all booking engines (simply a new name will be set up).
