Licenses and Permits
The Hostel has all licenses and Permit that are required to legally operate, with loads of bureaucracy, sanitation check and inspections.
Rent
The rent of the house is based on long term contract for only 1680 USD per month and each year.
Asking price
The price includes all the furniture, desks, beds, wireless, TVs, computers, and everything in the hostel necessary to run the business. New contracts of services will have to be done as well as a new contract to rent the house itself.
