Musicology hostel is a well know hostel throughout Colombia and of course Bogota. We are in operation for over 4 years and have a reputation of being one of the best hostels of Bogota. We have capacity for 42 guests, a bar/restaurant, TV room, 2 patios, hammocks, guests kitchen and a manager room/office. Most room have a private bathroom. Hot water is heated on natural gas which makes operating costs very low.

We have an average annual occupancy rate of over 60% and depending on your business plan, the investment can easily be covered in less than 2 years. Hostel is in perfect condition and there is no extra cost involved except the buying cost. The house itself is an arquitectonic Heritage and as such is maintained to the highest standards.
