EUR 29,900.00 : The price includes all the furniture & goods mentioned above,website,booking engines & Hostel name. However, this option DOES NOT include our Company Ltd nor the Hostel's BUS.
You will need to registered your own Estonian Business Name or Estonian Company Limited and apply to process Credit Cards under your new Business name or company.
You will also be required to pay 2 months rents in advance as a deposit.

The hostel is located in the city center, 500 meters from the Medieval Old Town, 600 meters from the International Bus Station, 800 meters from the Harbour and direct bus access to airport.
If you don’t know much about Tallinn - Tallinn's Medieval Old Town takes on an especially magical quality this time of the year as a fresh powdering of snow covers its gabled rooftops and outdoor candles fill its cobblestone lanes with a flickering glow. Though the nights may be dark, winter is when you'll find Tallinn at its most enchanting.
The hostel is situated on a 20x30 meter plot of land with its own private car parking area (10 vehicles) central city neighborhood great for sightseeing, rest or relaxation. There are restaurants, bars, yoga studios, shops, pharmacy, etc nearby.
The Building is rented – it runs on a 3 yr rental agreement and it is re-negotiated & renewed every 3 years.
The current rental contract is valid until December 2014. Current Rent is EUR 1500.00 per month

Owner is returning to his home country - Australia.
Over the past 5 years owner has invested more than 50,000.00 Euros improving the building.
The hostel is currently open & running and it already has over 100 bookings for the next couple months ahead.
Replacement cost for all of the above goods is over € 75,000.00
