Kolibri Hostel Pereira is located in the heart of the Coffee Region. Pereira is one of the fastest-growing cities in Colombia. Though it’s a medium-sized city (approximately 600,000 inhabitants), it has a modern, international airport, a rich gastronomic offering, and many ecological treasures that make it the perfect starting point to explore one of the most dynamic regions of Colombia.

Kolibri Hostel has been successfully operating for seven years. During this time, we have consecutively been the Number One hostel in TripAdvisor, and for the past two years, we’ve been in the TripAdvisor Hall of Fame. Additionally, other travel guides like the Lonely Planet, Petit Futé, Moon, Colombia Fácil, and many blogs have recommended us and/or mentioned us in their pages.
We are in the most important reservation platforms (Hostelworld and Booking, with a rating over 9), WEB page, and all social media.
There is a total rental area of 650 m², distributed in the following way:

Floor 1: Reception, 3 rooms with private bath, 5 rooms with shared bath, 3 community bathrooms, kitchen, dining room, terrace, multi-functional storage area, multimedia room, equipment storage room, souvenir shop.
Floor 2: 5 rooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, laundry area, terrace, office (with the possibility to become a deluxe bedroom)
Restaurant: Terrace, equipped kitchen, bar.

We also have a closed-circuit television with a total of 12 cameras. There’s an integrated natural gas system to heat showers; LED illumination; motion lights; individual reading lamps in all dorm rooms.
In addition to lodging, we offer tours, rent bikes, and offer transportation services to several activities in the city.
We have all legal documentation, an easy-to-use payment platform in which we receive all credit cards. We also have a registered trademark.
We have two computers in the multimedia room, one in reception, a printer, 3 televisions in private rooms, and one in the multimedia room. The restaurant has its own sound system.

The Bar/Restaurant is also open for non guests and it is totally independent, which gives another business opportunity to grow
