I just wanted to test the waters, as it were, about scuba diving among this community. Has anyone had experience with a hostel that offers or caters to scuba divers? If so, how was your experience? What were some likes/dislikes and what would you suggest to improve or encourage diving and hostels working together?
I am a PADI scuba instructor aspiring to create a scuba hostel of sorts of my own, and in addition to looking for partners, I am happy to hear any and all feedback.

Hey Trevor! Jimmy Black here. We actually did our first summer with an in-house Dive instructor and it went very well. We have been incorporating sailing and boating ever since we started and plan on doing a lot more in the future. We also have a Surf themed hostel in San Diego and a SnowBoarder / Rock Climber themed hostel in Big Bear. These nithces have worked very well for us. I suggest you keep pushing forward with your idea.
