Benefits of Online Shift Planning
Shifts can be created based on a number of different locations and positions, and Shiftjuggler checks who is available to work based on the settings of each employee, such as their position, the number of hours they are contracted to work, and where else in the plan they have been allocated. Each employee receives a log in, so they can manage their own availability, absences and swap shifts with colleagues. All relevant information, for all relevant parties, is stored and maintained in one place, increasing efficiency and improving information flow.
