24-bed hostel at the Giant's Causeway for sale - quick sale so it's cheap

24 bed Hostel for sale in Northern Ireland.
Hostel is located 300 meters from the Entrance to the Giants causeway(the busiest tourist attraction in Northern Ireland) and 2 miles outside the town of Bushmills

Listed before but had to many time wasters so i decided to put in a manager and keep it. But (un)fortunately my day tours company is growing to fast and keeping me to busy to give the hostel the time it needs. So this time i am defiantly selling. Hence the price halve of what i asked a year ago

The hostel is a small quirky hostel. And the area it is in is in is considered an area of outstanding natural beauty so when it come to other hostels opening close to the Giants Causeway is almost zero as development is not allowed.

In 2011 when i opened the hostel we won the country hoscar for the best hostel in Northern Ireland. But then i was running it myself. Feel free to look at our online reviews as is a fantastic little hostel

Currently we open 9 months a year and close from December untill the 1st of March the hostel still really breaks even in the 3 months but why bother if there is no real profit to be made

the hostel is a great starter hostel for an energetic person or someone that want to have a quite life with not to much work to do. The type of guests are very good as its in the country so not really a party hostel
