2nd Hostel opening in Seoul

Hi everyone
It was two years ago when i opened my first guesthouse.

Unlike many countries in europe, korea doesn't have many established hostels so i thought this would work. my first hostel( its small so it's more like guesthouse.) has about 40 beds and it was fully booked since i opened. http://www.hostelseoulkorea.com (Hong Guesthouse)
That was because i opened at peak season (June),however i started advertise in march.
Also less competitors back then.

Now I have opened 2nd location near my first one.
It's bigger and better in my opinion.

I have learned something while advertising for the 2nd location.
it's good to offer cheap price as opening promotion but i tried to offer good price for all the rooms. I did receive reservations but it wasn't fun offering too cheap price.
so i changed the prices to normal and offered cheap price on one room.
it works better in my opinion.
