Nicaragua has seen a drop in tourism due to riots a year and a half ago. The country is safe and tourism is slowly returning. The buyer should be someone that wants to live in Nicaragua for at least 6 months of the year and help run the hostel. Last season was slow, but this season (starting in November) has already shown promise for an increase in tourism. The hostel is one block from the heart of San Juan del Sur right near the church. I have moved back home and locked into a job with 3 weeks vacation. No more permanent summer dream life for this guy. Looking for someone ASAP and willing to negotiate for the right buyer.
Hostel facilities:
Sleeps 56 people: 3 larger dorm rooms, 4 semi private - two bunk beds and ensuite, 4 private rooms - double bed with ensuite, Swimming Pool, Jungle style courtyard hang out area, Full Bar, Public Kitchen, Staff quarters for 4 people, sunset/yoga deck.
Location: Tons of great bars and restaurants. A surfer's dream paradise. 4 surf beaches within a half hour drive, 45 minute drive from Costa Rica border
Local activites: boat days, horse back riding, atvs, motos, scooters, turtle hatchings, lake day trips, fishing trips, SURFING (lessons and rentals).
