Hi,

I am selling a building with 7 studio flats in central porto, with an expected yield for pre covid tourism levels of 14% (I can provide reports from management companies in the area). In curent climate could easily achieve 5-7% on monthly airbnb rentals.

Let me know if you could be interested asking price is €745,000 and I will provide more details, photos and video tours.

@ersinozgenc no not interested in renting them, I have them running as Airbnb rental with a management company already. I want to sell them to reinvest in other projects.

I should add the building/property is included in the sale with the business ready to go and running no rent to pay.
