It is obviously not a hostel since it only has private rooms.
In most cases I have found that when hostels call themselves a "flashpackers" they are usually anything but.
Generally a flashpackers is a hostel that offers a standard of accommodation in line with that offered by a brand new 3½ star to 5 star hotel, but with dorms. Most genuine flashpackers don't use that term but a lot of wannabes that have just given a fresh coat of paint to an old decaying building will market themselves as flashpackers.
If their hotels (most aren't hostels) are anything like their website, then they are definitely NOT flashpackers.
