Indian Austrian couple is looking for a business partner to invest min. 20 000 EUR for the final stage of the resort construction. Our resort will be the only Yoga, Ayurveda, Kalaripayattu Retreat Resort in India​ ​(Kerala-​Trivandrum)​​, where guests can choose between courses, TTCs, classes and treatments in Ayurveda, Yoga​, Holistic healing, Martial arts (Kalaripayattu), etc.
The guests​ ​will arrive at our welcome area (mainland)​,​ then they will be taken by our motor boat (6 seats​) to the resort (5 min drive).
Our resort is located on Poovar island, surrounded by the backwaters, which are famous for boat rides and bird watching and for the estuary, where the river meets the ocean.
